REFUNDS & RETURNS

We want you to enjoy your Joystick Hydration products. Please review our return and refund terms below:

1. Beverages (Drinks)

Due to the perishable nature of our drinks, all beverage sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds once drinks have shipped, except in the case of damage or error.

2. Merchandise (Non-Perishable Items)

You may return eligible merchandise (such as apparel or accessories) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@joystickhydration.com.

We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect items for verification before processing a replacement or refund.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return (if applicable).

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
